I was born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa where I was exposed to a unique range of cultures, traditions, and people of various backgrounds. For as long as I can remember I have loved entertaining people through singing, dancing, and acting. I have also had a deep love for films and television and always dreamed of moving out of my hometown and creating a successful film company in the US, Canada , and other parts of the world to uplift other talented filmmakers and actors who are not given opportunities to flourish in the industry.  My goal is to create entertaining films that will transport my audiences into a different universe, even if it’s for a short space of time. I also aspire to showcase actors that my audience members can see themselves in. What led me to my directing journey was shadowing a director at the Johannesburg Theatre in my last year of high school. I realized that this was the career I wanted. I am a very social person, so interacting with people brings me immense joy.  Any time I see the work I have put in coaching my actors pay off on-screen I tell myself “This is why I love what I do.”
